Adding Photos and Using the Cropping Tool

Church360° Members gives you the ability to add photos to household profiles and person profiles. By using cropping, you can use the same photo for both profiles, focusing the photo on the entire household or only an individual member.

Adding a Photo to a Household Profile

Church360° Members gives you the ability to add a photo to a household profile. Here are the steps to do that:

  1. On the People page, update the view to “Households”.
  2. Find the family you want to add a photo to and click on the Family Name. This will open the household profile.
  3. Click on the photo icon to bring up the “Upload Photo” box.
  4. Click “Upload”. This will bring up the file explorer view, allowing you to find your file.
  5. Once you have found the file, click “Open”.
  6. After the photo has been uploaded, click “Close” to complete the process.

Adding a Photo to a Person Profile

Church360° Members also gives you the ability to add a photo to an individual person’s profile.

  1. On the People page, update the view to “Individuals”.
  2. Find the person you want to add a photo for and click on their name. This will open their profile.
  3. Click on the photo icon to bring up the “Upload Photo” box.
  4. Click “Upload”. This will bring up the file explorer view, allowing you to find your file.
  5. Once you have found the file, click “Open”.
  6. After the photo has been uploaded, click “Close” to complete the process.

Cropping a Photo

Once a photo has been added to a household or person profile, you are able to crop the image.

  1. When you are viewing the profile (either household or person), click on the photo. This will open the “Upload Photo” box.
  2. Click “Crop”.
  3. Adjust the photo to the way you want. All photos must be square, but the square can be resized to zoom in on a specific area of the photo.
  4. Click “Crop” to save your specific crop.
  5. The photo will be updated in the preview. Click “Close” to complete the process.
