People Columns on Offerings and Attendance Reports

Aug 3, 2018 10:00:00 AM

We often hear from customers that it would be helpful to see more information about people alongside offering and attendance information. Read below to see the improvements we’ve made to answer those requests!

Now on both the Offerings Summaries by Giver view and the Attendance Detail view, you can add columns that provide more information about the people listed.

Offering Reports

On the Offerings Summaries by Giver view, you can now add columns about the giving units, including Address, Envelope Number, Next Envelope Number, and Giver type. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Click on “Offerings” in the top navigation.
  2. In the drop-down menu next to “Showing” in the top right corner, choose “Summaries by Giver”.
  3. Click “Columns” to reveal the available options.
  4. Choose the columns you wish to display.

If you save a report with different columns selected, those columns will appear whenever you access the report.

Attendance Reports

On the Attendance Detail view, you can now add columns with information about the individual people. This includes fields like address, phone number, email, and many more. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Click on “Reports” in the top navigation.
  2. Click “New”, and select “Attendance”.
  3. Click “Columns” to reveal the available options.
  4. Choose the columns you wish to display.

Once again, if you save a report with different columns selected, those columns will appear whenever you access the report.

We hope you find this new feature helpful!
