A few months ago, we notified our customers of some security enhancements we made to Church360° Members. These updates, predominantly related to the domain in which you access Church360° Members, were created because we strive to provide the highest level of security for each congregation’s data. 

Unfortunately, due to these security enhancements, the Church360° Members app has been discontinued and is no longer functional as of February 5, 2024. The Church360° Members app, launched in 2018, was a favorite tool for many churches. For this reason, we want to make sure you can still access Church360° Members on your mobile device.

1. Launch your browser and navigate to your Church360° Members site. 
2. Click the Share button (iOS) or Options (Android). 
3. Select “Add to Home Screen.”
4. Type a name for your link (e.g., “Church360° Members”). 
5. You will now have a browser shortcut on your home screen, similar to an app. 

Desktop Access Remains Unchanged

Please note that these changes or suggestions have no bearing on your access to Church360° Members via desktop computer. We simply wanted to ensure that our customers who have enjoyed mobile access to Church360° Members in the past could continue to access their software on their devices.
