Paycor is a software company that offers payroll and HR solutions for businesses and nonprofits, including churches of varying sizes. In fact, many churches that use CTS software utilize Paycor for their payroll—Shepherd’s Staff even has an existing partnership/integration with Paycor. This is why we’re so excited to now have Paycor integration in Church360° Ledger!
With the new integration, payroll and other details are processed in Paycor and then imported into your Church360° Ledger site for accounting and check printing services. But before setting up the integration, the following things must take place.
In order for things to move over correctly, you’ll need to have completed at least one full pay period in Paycor. This is only a consideration if you’re brand new to Paycor, in which case, you’ll just need to wait for a full pay period to elapse before importing anything.
Before integrating, users will need to (1) register on Paycor’s Developer Portal and (2) send a request to Paycor Support to enable the Application button.

When it comes to your church’s finances, you need all of your records to be on the same page.
