From data encryption to event logs, we take great measures to keep your data safe and secure.
Across the entire Church360° Suite, you have access to a comprehensive event log that makes an entry for every change made in the software—including who made the change.
Church360° software data is completely encrypted (that is, protected by being “scrambled” into a code only decipherable to its intended audience) in transit. Key pieces of sensitive customer data are encrypted when the software is at rest as well.
Additionally, we implement further security enhancements at the server level.
In Church360° Members and Church360° Ledger, your passwords have top-of-the-line security. First, all user passwords are protected on our system with a one-way algorithm to ensure security.
Second, both of these programs offer multi-factor authentication (MFA) through passkeys—the strongest form of MFA available.
Across all three Church360° software programs, you can designate custom roles and permissions for users, meaning that your staff or volunteers can access the information and capabilities they need without accessing everything.
In Church360° Unite, you can mark your website pages private, thus making them inaccessible to anyone without login information from your church office. Furthermore, your online church directory remains fully private, keeping member information in the right hands.
Your ministry is our priority. Included with that is the safety and security of your church data!
