- What do I need to bring with me?
All you need to bring is your preferred method for taking notes (pen, paper, laptop, tablet, etc.). You may also want to consider bringing a sweater, as heating and cooling conditions may vary. Dress attire is casual. - How do I pay?
Your congregation will be invoiced after the seminar with Net 30 billing, so you do not need to bring payment with you. - What if I need to cancel?
If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute from your church. Please call us so we are aware of the change. Verbal cancellation is required at least fifteen business days prior to training start date. No refunds will be given for cancellation after the fifteen-day period. - Is lunch provided?
Yes, lunch will be provided by Concordia Technology Solutions. - Will other related learning resources be available at the seminar?
Yes. A training manual is included for each session you attend, and training CDs are available for purchase.
