Your purchase of Shepherd’s Staff latest version will have a one-time cost depending on the package you choose. This purchase also includes one free year of support and one free software upgrade.

A support contract unlocks additional features in Shepherd’s Staff, gives you unlimited support calls and emails, and includes free software upgrades while you have an active contract. For security reasons, we do not distribute outdated versions of the software.

At the end of your first year, an annual support subscription will be automatically added to your account. While there is no obligation to purchase support, we strongly recommend it. If you’re unsupported, you can upgrade to a support subscription at any time

  • Data Backups: A support subscription protects you from data loss through backups to our hyper-secure servers.
  • WebTools:  With included WebTools, you (or a volunteer) can access a separate web-based portal to enter, for example, attendance or offerings—all while remaining confidential and secure.
  • Training: A support subscription includes free, comprehensive training to make sure you (or a new staff member) are confident in your church management software.
  • Unlimited Support: You can count on our in-house team of church management software experts to help you whenever (and however often) you need it.

  • Increased Security: With a support subscription, you can download software updates as they’re released, ensuring you have the latest features, improvements, and security patches.

Customers who do not have an active support contract can request assistance or training if they are using a current version of the software, but they will be charged $65 for each issue resolved by our support team.
