A support contract unlocks additional features in Shepherd’s Staff, gives you unlimited support calls and emails, and includes free software upgrades. At the end of your first year, an annual support subscription will be automatically added to your account. While there is no obligation to purchase support, we strongly recommend it.

Customers who do not have an active support contract can request assistance or training if they are using a current version of the software, but they will be charged $65 for each issue resolved by our support team. If you would like to upgrade your software to the newest version and purchase a support contract, click the button below to view the upgrade options.
