For churches using Paychex, this update will make tracking payroll easier than ever! Paychex integration is currently in beta. We’re looking for feedback! Email us at [support@cts.cph.org](mailto:support@cts.cph.org) with your suggestions. ### What is Paychex? Paychex is a full-service payroll provider. Concordia Technology Solutions has partnered with Concordia Plan Services and Paychex to provide you with a simple alternative to payroll processing. And with this new integration, importing payroll information from Paychex into Church360° Ledger is quick and easy instead of a long process. To use Paychex, you can submit your payroll online, call your dedicated paychex Payroll Specialist, or fax it in . . . and you’re done! You can even securely manage payroll from your smartphone or tablet. With decades of experience, Paychex assures accurate tax calculations, and timely deposits and filings, based directly on client-submitted payroll totals. Here’s how the new integration with Church360° Ledger works: ### 1. Import Paychex - After Paychex completes the payroll process, you’ll follow [these instructions to export your transactions.](https://360ledger.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/212002868-How-do-I-export-payroll-information-from-Paychex-) - Start by importing this file into your Ledger database. Go to [Settings](https://www.concordiatechnology.org/hubfs/Blog/Church360_Ledger_Blog/11/Ledger_Imported_Transactions.png) and click on Paychex. - Click Browse to [upload your Paychex file](https://www.concordiatechnology.org/hubfs/Blog/Church360_Ledger_Blog/10/02_Upload_2.png). ### 2. Review Transactions - Next, [review your transactions](https://www.concordiatechnology.org/hs-fs/hubfs/Blog/Church360_Ledger_Blog/10/05_Review_Transactions.png). - Enter a [date](https://www.concordiatechnology.org/hubfs/Blog/Church360_Ledger_Blog/11/06_Date_2.png) and [payee](https://www.concordiatechnology.org/hubfs/Blog/Church360_Ledger_Blog/11/07_Payee_2.png) for each transaction. - Note that when the transaction included a payee, such as with a check, the name will show up on the right in a [grey box](https://www.concordiatechnology.org/hubfs/Blog/Church360_Ledger_Blog/11/12_grey_box.png) to make this process even easier. - [Skip transactions](https://www.concordiatechnology.org/hubfs/Blog/Church360_Ledger_Blog/10/08_Skip_2.png) you have already manually entered into Ledger or if you do not want to record that particular transaction. - As you might expect, these transactions will not import into your Ledger database. - Click Continue to go to the next transaction. ### 4. Finish Up - After reviewing all of your transactions, [finish by clicking Import](https://www.concordiatechnology.org/hubfs/Blog/Church360_Ledger_Blog/10/09_Import_2.png) to bring them into Ledger. - The Paychex page in Settings will show a list of all your [previous imports](https://www.concordiatechnology.org/hubfs/Blog/Church360_Ledger_Blog/10/11_Previous_Imports.png).   That’s it!
