The Concordia Technology Solutions team is happy to announce several updates to Church360° Members. These updates come directly from receiving and reviewing customer feedback. The overall strategy is to make sure the user interface is consistent throughout the software. The underlying infrastructure of Church360° Members has been updated, which will, in turn, make maintenance and improvements easier and will allow for more growth opportunities in the future. Views are being rewritten, and we continue to add new features to help you in your ministry.
Account Settings
- Editing your logo will now take place on the Account Settings page; you will no longer be able to edit the logo from the top left corner.
- A redesigned settings page, the General Settings page has been renamed to Account Settings, where Your Plan Information has been added. This page tells you how many active member households your account plan has. From this view, you can click on your active members' household number and get a filtered view of only your active members' households.
- Your federal tax ID number can now be found under the Account Settings tab as well.
Custom Fields
- Custom Fields has been extracted to their own page under Settings and expanded upon, so you can now contextualize for your own unique needs.
- A drag-and-drop feature has been added so you can quickly rearrange your list of custom fields, changing the way it shows for the person or household.
- A new Type option, Person Link, has been added. This can be used to link one member to another member within the system (e.g., linking prayer partners).
- Multiple Roles can be selected for each field allowing for more granular personalization to suit your congregation’s needs.
Calendars
- The Calendars page within Account Settings has been redesigned for ease of use and now shows the different Types of calendars you have set up.
- A new feature is the Anniversary type within a calendar. This can be used in conjunction with a custom-field date. Using Anniversary as the type of calendar will automatically show a person's custom date on a yearly basis (e.g., First Communion). The visibility for calendars can be assigned by Role.
- Drag-and-drop has also been added to the Calendars page for easy rearranging of items.
- The option to deactivate or hide calendars is now available to help you keep a clean list of calendars.
Grades
- The name for this page has changed to Grades from Sunday School Grades.
- The same features are still available in this view; however, the interface has been updated for consistency throughout the software.

Concordia Technology Solutions continues to listen to feedback and evaluate the Church360° Members software and will be implementing more updates in the coming months.
