Church360° Members gives users the ability to import electronic offerings given through GivePlus from Vanco Payment Solutions. This integration not only saves your church staff time, but it also ensures complete accuracy in offering entry.
How to Sync Electronic Gifts from GivePlus
In Church360° Members, you can access the Vanco Integration by navigating to Settings > Vanco Integration.
Your Client ID, Web Service User ID, and password are set by Vanco. If you are already a Vanco customer through a different program (i.e. Simply Giving), please contact Vanco at 800-675-7430, option 1 or CS@VancoServices.com to request your credentials.
The Synced Givers page displays a list of givers in Vanco and which Church360° Members profile each giver is matched to. You can access the Synced Givers page under Settings > Vanco Integration.
The following criteria is displayed on the Synced Givers page:
- Vanco Giver—Shows the list of contributors who give through Vanco.
- Members Giver—Shows the corresponding Church360° Members giver for each Vanco giver. If no name is listed next to a Members giver, you will need to link the matching giver from Vanco.
The Synced Funds page displays a list of the funds contributors gave through Vanco and each corresponding Church360° Members fund. You can access the Synced Givers page under Settings > Vanco Integration.
The following criteria is displayed on the Synced Funds page:
- Vanco Fund—Lists the funds Vanco contributors are giving to.
- Members Fund—Lists the corresponding Church360° Members fund for each fund listed in Vanco. If no fund name is listed next to a Members fund, you will need to link the matching fund from Vanco.
