We at Concordia Technology Solutions value giving churches a high level of quality software as well as implementing the highest grade of security for each congregation’s data. For this reason, we’ve made some upgrades to increase account security. 

Passkeys

Passkeys is a new form of two-factor authentication that completely negates the use and need for a password. So no more remembering passwords for your Church360° Members site. Youll simply go to your site, request access, and grant that access directly from your own device, which can be a phone, tablet, or password manager.

Passkeys are a pair of “keys”, one public (a key that is used for verifying your request to access a site) and one private (a key that is secret and unique to only your device). These keys are tied to the domain where they are created; in this case, the church360.app domain.

Each passkey requires secure context (a url beginning with https) and is tied to a single domain, so there is no repeated use, like someone could do with a password. 

Domain Change

Whether or not you choose to use passkeys, your login domain will be changing from yourdomainname.360members.com to yourdomainname.church360.app. Your login credentials and the data inside your Church360° Members account will remain unchanged. We encourage anyone using a bookmark or desktop shortcut to recreate a new one, using the .church360.app domain to avoid confusion. 

Logging In

If you forget your password or lose your passkey device, you can click the “Trouble signing in?” link below the login fields to enter your email address and check that email account for an email containing instructions on how to reset your password or passkey option.

Note: If you are not sure what your Church360° Members site URL or subdomain is, please reach out to us with your church name and ZIP code and we’ll be able to look you up and send you that information.
