Membership
- Expanded dashboard and analysis tools
- New “Who” filter for “Non-removed members”
- Ability to mark addresses as private, allowing them to be excluded from the Church Directory and Church Phone Book
- New “address is entered” indicator (a check mark) next to addresses on the Household/Person record
- Ability to include envelope number on Person and Household Record reports
- New Anniversaries report that groups people by month
Attendance
- Ability to reprint posted attendance batches
- Basic Batch entry able to be saved and continue without closing the window
- Advanced Batch entry:
- Ability to allow someone without Membership permission to add visitors during batch entry
- The last “Who” option picked remembered and used again next time
- Three new “Who” filters showing only people who have previously attended the event within timeframe (45, 90, or 180 days)
- Restructured tabs for improved workflow
- Mailing label printing and emailing directly from the Enrollees grid
- Attendance Roster can be printed for any attendance type instead of just for Sunday School
- Expanded dashboard and analysis tools, including a new “By age group” analysis, and a summary showing the unique number of people who attended each year
- Ability to view event and visitor notes from the Events by Date tab without going into each record
- Ability to include event and visitor notes on the Events by Date report
- Updated Secure Child Check-in/Kiosk batch entry
Contributions
- New report showing all the information for Other Givers
- Giver names able now to be hidden on the report when posting all batches at once
- Weekly Giving analysis now printable
- Expanded dashboard and analysis tools, including a new “giving by age group” analysis
- Ability to print envelope box labels in all caps
- Individual pledges able now to be recalculated from within the Pledge window
Finance
- Improved Accounts Receivable (AR) statements
- Now shows total purchased and total paid
- Ability to include school name, tax ID, and a custom message
- Ability to inactivate outdated or unused Books so as to not appear in Finance or on reports
- Attach files to vendor records
- Filter the “Bank account balance” tool by date range
- Ability to import credit card statements into Finance
- Progressive total feature added to the “all months” Treasurer report
- The Period Analysis tool now with graphing capabilities
- Default for the Accounts tab now “All accounts” instead of the accounts tree
- On the Payments tab, void and “stop payment” activity now appear last
- Inactive vendors excluded from the “edit vendor” tree by default
- New option for reports to limit the Vendor list to just the those matching the selected vendor type(s)
Scheduler
- Ability to attach files to a room, inventory item, vehicle, or maintenance record
- Able to filter the Events tab by time frame (e.g., today, this week, next week, this month, next month)
- New “vertical list” calendar format
General/Other
- New checkbox that excludes removed people from the labels without having to create a custom subgroup
- Customizable default size for the text in data grids, making it larger (or smaller); each user can have their own setting
- New graphics
- Restructured toolbar menus for improved grouping and flow
- Ability to paste a signature line from Outlook into an email body
- Redesigned central Dashboard focused on church vitals and upcoming activity
- Updated Task Manager allowing users to search, delete, or reopen tasks
- Revamped Backup/Restore process
